When it comes to beautiful landscapes,

pasture! We are so excited about raw milk and
its nutrient density, delicious flavor, and live
enzymes and probiotics! We now periodically
have the raw milk tested for pathogens at Silliker
Labs, in Crete, IL. Our cows graze on
rotationally grazed pasture Spring through Fall,
receiving the majority of their food right from the
pasture! During the winter, the cows have
access to the pasture but spend most of their
time close to the warm, dry barn. Our cows'
diet includes hay (certified organic alfalfa hay
and grassy hay from non-sprayed fields),
certified organic grain, certified organic
molasses (which is full of trace minerals),
seaweed kelp, a wide spectrum probiotic,
Redmond's sea salt, and naturally occurring
Fertrell minerals. We have Guernsey and
Milking Shorthorn cows producing the best
