A Legacy of Care & Quality
The Nadig family farm began over 40 years ago with a simple vision: to raise cattle the right way, on open pastures with care and respect. What started as a small operation has grown into a thriving family business, but our core values remain unchanged.
Today, we’re proud to have multiple generations working side by side on the farm. Our children have grown up learning the importance of sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, and honest work. They understand that every decision we make impacts not just our animals and land, but also the families who trust us to provide their meat.
We’re not just raising cattle—we’re nurturing a way of life that honors the land, respects our animals, and serves our community with integrity.

The Nadig Way
We believe the best beef comes from cattle that live as nature intended. Our herd roams freely across lush pastures, breathing fresh air and eating natural grass. This isn’t just better for the animals—it produces healthier, more flavorful meat.
We practice regenerative grazing that actually improves our land year after year. By rotating our cattle through different pastures, we allow the grass to recover, build soil health, and support a diverse ecosystem. It’s farming that gives back more than it takes.
What We Stand For
Sustainable Practices
We rotate our pastures carefully and use regenerative farming methods that improve soil health and biodiversity.
Animal Welfare
Our cattle live stress-free lives on open pastures, treated with respect and care every single day.
Quality First
Every cut meets our rigorous standards. We never compromise on quality or take shortcuts.
Community Focus
We're proud to support local families with fresh, healthy meat and contribute to our rural community.
How We Raise Our Cattle
100% Grass-Fed Diet
Our cattle eat only natural grass and forage, never grain or
supplements.
No Hormones or Antibiotics
We raise our animals naturally without growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
Rotational Grazing
We move our herd regularly to ensure fresh pasture and healthy
land.
Small-Batch Processing
We work with local processors who share our commitment to quality and care.
