How much freezer space do I need?
A quarter cow needs about 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space (roughly a medium chest freezer). A half cow needs about 8-10 cubic feet. We're happy to help you figure out the right fit before you order.
Do you deliver?
Customers pick up their custom cut meat directly from the processor. We also have drop-off sites available in the Black Hills. Contact us for delivery options.
What cuts are available?
We offer a full range of cuts including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts. Contact us for current availability.
What does the deposit cover?
The deposit secures your place for the next processing date. It's applied toward your total cost. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. No surprises — we'll give you a full cost breakdown upfront.
